Here are the documents we will need for underwriting:

  1. 1003 Loan Application 

  2. Last Two Paystubs

  3. Last 2 months of your personal bank statements (all accounts, all pages, even if blank)

  4. Last 2 months of your ASSET/RETIREMENT statements (all accounts, all pages, even if blank)

  5. 2021, 2020 1040 Federal Tax Returns (all schedules)

  6. If RSU income is being received, a copy of your RSU Vesting Schedule and Agreement

  7. Contact information your employer(s) so we can verify employment: Please provide name, phone number and email

  8. Current Mortgage Statement for ALL PROPERTIES

  9. Current HOA Statement/Coupon for all properties that are condo/townhome

  10. Current Insurance Statement for all properties owned

  11. Current Rental Agreement for properties currently leased.
